Booking Policies
Booking Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern all travel arrangements, holiday packages, hotel reservations, transportation services, excursions, and related travel services booked through the company. By confirming a booking, the traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. Booking Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- The company reserves the right to amend pricing or availability prior to final confirmation.
2. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are based on prevailing rates at the time of quotation and may change due to fluctuations in exchange rates, fuel surcharges, government taxes, or supplier pricing revisions.
- Payment schedules will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Failure to make payment within the stipulated period may result in cancellation of the booking.
3. Customer Cancellation
- All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email.
- Cancellation charges will apply based on the cancellation policy applicable to the booking.
- Airline tickets, hotel bookings, and activity reservations may have independent cancellation policies that apply in addition to the company’s cancellation charges.
4. Cancellation by the Tour Operator
- The company reserves the right to cancel or modify any tour or travel arrangement due to operational reasons, safety concerns, insufficient participation, or circumstances beyond its control.
- Travelers may be offered alternative arrangements or refunds subject to supplier policies.
5. Airline & Transport Disruptions
- Airlines, cruise lines, railways, and other transport providers may change schedules or cancel services.
- The company acts only as an intermediary and shall not be responsible for such disruptions.
- Refunds or rescheduling will follow the policies of the respective service provider.
6. Itinerary Changes & Detours
- Travel routes, accommodation, sightseeing schedules, or transport arrangements may change due to weather, road closures, safety concerns, operational constraints, or authority directives.
- Such changes shall not be considered a deficiency of service.
7. Force Majeure / Act of God
- The company shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, war, terrorism, strikes, or airport closures.
- Additional expenses arising from such events shall be borne by the traveler.
8. Weather Disruption Clause
- Travel arrangements may be affected by heavy rainfall, snowstorms, floods, landslides, fog, cyclones, or similar conditions.
- The company shall not be responsible for delays or itinerary changes due to weather.
9. Safety, Security & Emergency Situations
- Travelers must follow safety instructions issued by guides, drivers, or local authorities.
- Emergency situations must be reported immediately to the local representative.
- Medical or evacuation costs must be borne by the traveler unless covered by insurance.
10. Child & Infant Safety
- Parents or guardians are fully responsible for supervising children.
- Hotels, transport providers, and the company do not assume responsibility for minors.
- Facilities like balconies, pools, and play areas must be used under parental supervision.
11. Accommodation Standards
- Hotel policies determine accommodation standards.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.
- Images shown in promotional material are representative only.
12. Activities & Excursions
- Certain activities may involve inherent risks.
- Participation is voluntary and at the traveler’s own risk.
13. Travel Documents
- Travelers must ensure valid passports, visas, permits, and required documentation.
- The company is not responsible for denied boarding due to incomplete documents.
14. Visa Rejection Clause
- Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the embassy or consulate.
- The company acts only as a facilitator.
- Cancellation charges may apply if a visa is refused.
15. Supplier Default Clause
The company coordinates travel services through third-party suppliers and shall not be responsible for their operational failures or service interruptions.
16. Baggage & Personal Belongings
Travelers are responsible for personal belongings and baggage. Any claims must be filed directly with the airline or transport provider.
17. Customer Conduct
The company may terminate travel arrangements without refund if a traveler’s behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or illegal.
18. Photography & Media Usage
Photographs or videos taken during tours may be used for promotional purposes unless the traveler opts out in writing.
19. Travel Insurance
Travelers are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance for medical emergencies, cancellations, and travel disruptions.
20. Limitation of Liability
The company acts as an intermediary and shall not be liable for injury, delay, or loss caused by third-party service providers.
21. Complaints & Claims
Complaints must be reported immediately to the local representative. Claims after completion of travel may not be considered without documentation.
22. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
All bookings shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in the city where the company is registered.
