  • Less than 15 days before departure – significant cancellation charges
  • No-show or last-minute cancellation – up to 100% charges

Airline tickets, hotel reservations, and activity bookings may have separate cancellation policies that will apply accordingly.

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on supplier and payment gateway processing periods.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All services and website usage shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the city where PureXplore.com operates.
