Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our website, requesting a travel proposal or booking services with PureXplore.

Last updated: 16 October 2026

1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to PureXplore ("PureXplore", "we", "our" or "us"). We provide bespoke travel planning, curated journeys, destination experiences and related travel coordination services.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of purexplore.com, including enquiries, proposals, bookings and related services offered through our website or directly by our team.

By accessing the website or proceeding with a booking, you agree to the terms applicable to your use or booking. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website. Any additional booking-specific terms provided to you will also apply.

2. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make a booking, except where a parent, guardian or other legally authorised representative acts on behalf of a minor as permitted by law.

When using our website or services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current and complete information.
  • Ensure that the details supplied for all travellers are correct.
  • Use our website and services for lawful purposes.
  • Respect the rights, safety and property of other travellers and service providers.
  • Not misuse our website, submit fraudulent enquiries or attempt unauthorised access to our systems.

3. Our Travel Services

Depending on the service selected, PureXplore may assist with customised itineraries, accommodation, transportation, destination experiences, local activities and other travel-related arrangements.

The scope of each service will be described in the relevant proposal, quotation, itinerary, booking confirmation or separate agreement.

A proposal or itinerary is generally an outline of the suggested arrangements and does not guarantee availability until the relevant booking has been confirmed in writing.

4. Enquiries, Quotations and Booking Confirmation

Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. Quotations are based on the information available at the time of preparation and may be subject to availability, supplier confirmation, applicable taxes and other stated conditions.

A booking will be considered confirmed when the required payment or deposit has been received, any necessary booking conditions have been satisfied, and written confirmation has been issued by PureXplore or the relevant authorised supplier.

You are responsible for reviewing your confirmation, traveller details, dates, inclusions, exclusions and payment conditions promptly and notifying us of any errors.

5. Pricing, Payments and Taxes

All prices, currencies, deposits, payment deadlines and outstanding balances will be communicated in the relevant quotation or booking terms.

  • Prices may depend on availability, travel dates, exchange rates, supplier rates and applicable taxes.
  • Any deposit or advance payment must be paid by the deadline specified in your quotation or confirmation.
  • Additional charges may apply for requested changes, upgrades, optional activities or services not included in the agreed itinerary.
  • Bank charges, currency conversion costs and payment processing fees, where applicable, will be disclosed as required.
  • Failure to make a required payment may result in cancellation or suspension of arrangements in accordance with the applicable booking terms and law.

No price change or additional fee will be imposed contrary to applicable law or the binding terms of a confirmed booking.

6. Changes to Bookings and Itineraries

Requests to change travel dates, destinations, accommodation, passenger details or other arrangements must be submitted in writing. Changes are subject to availability, supplier approval, applicable fees and any difference in price.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes but cannot guarantee that they will be possible.

Changes may also become necessary due to weather, safety concerns, transport disruptions, local restrictions or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Where practicable, we will communicate material changes and discuss suitable alternatives.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing using the contact details provided in your booking confirmation. The effective cancellation date will be determined according to the applicable booking terms and the date the request is received.

Cancellation charges depend on the service booked, the time remaining before departure, amounts already committed to suppliers and the cancellation conditions disclosed at the time of booking.

Airline tickets, accommodation, transfers, tours and special experiences may have separate cancellation and refund conditions. Non-refundable amounts may apply where clearly disclosed and legally enforceable.

If PureXplore or a supplier cancels an arrangement, available alternatives or refunds will be handled in accordance with the applicable booking terms and law.

Refund processing times may vary depending on supplier approvals, the payment method and the relevant financial institution. Nothing in this section removes any refund or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Passports, Visas and Travel Documents

Travellers are responsible for maintaining valid passports, visas, entry permits, vaccination documents where required, and other travel documents applicable to their journey, unless a specific responsibility has been expressly accepted by PureXplore in writing.

Entry requirements vary by destination, nationality and individual circumstances. Travellers should verify requirements with the relevant official authorities before departure.

Visa issuance and entry decisions are made by the relevant authorities. PureXplore cannot guarantee visa approval or admission into a country. Any resulting cancellation or change will be handled according to the applicable booking terms and law.

9. Independent Suppliers

Travel arrangements may involve independent third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, resorts, transport operators, guides, activity providers and destination management companies.

Such suppliers may have their own terms, operating procedures, safety requirements and cancellation policies. Where relevant, those terms will apply to the services they provide.

PureXplore will exercise reasonable care in coordinating arrangements within its agreed scope. Responsibility for a supplier's acts, omissions or service failures will be determined by the applicable agreements and law. These Terms do not exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Traveller Conduct and Safety

Travellers must comply with local laws, reasonable safety instructions, accommodation rules and the requirements of transport operators and activity providers.

Travellers are responsible for assessing their personal readiness for planned activities and communicating relevant accessibility or assistance requirements in advance.

Serious misconduct, unlawful behaviour or conduct that creates a safety risk may result in removal from an activity or termination of arrangements where permitted by the applicable terms and law. Any refund entitlement will be determined according to the circumstances and applicable legal requirements.

11. Travel Insurance and Personal Belongings

We strongly recommend suitable travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, travel delays, baggage and other risks relevant to your journey.

Travellers should take reasonable care of their valuables, travel documents and personal belongings. Any claim involving loss, theft, injury or damage will be subject to applicable insurance terms, supplier conditions and the law.

12. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, graphics, photographs, itineraries, design elements and other materials are owned by PureXplore or used with permission from their respective rights holders.

You may access and use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes related to evaluating our services. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or commercially exploit protected content without prior authorisation, except as permitted by law.

13. Privacy and Personal Information

Personal information submitted through our website or in connection with travel arrangements will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

We may share relevant information with travel suppliers and service providers where reasonably necessary to fulfil your booking, subject to applicable legal requirements and the privacy information provided to you.

14. Website Availability and Disclaimers

We aim to keep our website accurate and accessible, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful components.

Destination information, photographs, sample itineraries and descriptions are provided for general guidance. Actual experiences may vary due to seasonality, availability, local conditions and supplier operations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory guarantees, consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PureXplore will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, except where such responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited. The specific responsibilities applicable to a confirmed booking may also be set out in the relevant booking agreement.

16. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Travel arrangements may be affected by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, epidemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, strikes and significant transport disruptions.

Where such events affect a booking, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate relevant changes and assist with available alternatives. Refunds, cancellations and additional costs will be handled under the applicable booking terms and law.

17. Complaints and Customer Support

If you have a concern about a booking or service, please contact us using the details supplied in your booking confirmation or on our website.

Please include your booking reference, travel dates and a clear description of the issue so we can review it and work towards an appropriate resolution.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection and other legal requirements.

Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts determined under applicable law. Nothing in this clause removes any mandatory right a consumer may have to bring proceedings before another competent court.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our services, business practices or legal requirements. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. The terms applicable to an existing booking will be determined by the booking agreement, any validly agreed changes and applicable law.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
